Final Assembly Operator (Full Time) _
SpreadPoint Ltd has an opportunity for a successful applicant to join our dynamic and innovative team. Spreadpoint is a relatively new company with huge potential to become a world player in Agricultural, Construction and Amenity sectors. Currently we export to6 major countries with the view for expansion. The products we proudly produce can be seen at www.spreadpoint.co.uk.
Role Overview_
The position is full time.
The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated team with the common goal to manufacture high end spreading equipment. The focus on team roles is vitally important to maintain the high quality and ethos of the Company.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for –
1. Organising finished parts either for storage or immediate assembly
2. Assembly of sub-assemblies and complete machines.
3. Wiring of IsoBus and CAN circuits on machinery.
4. Wiring of basic 12v circuits.
5. Plumbing of hydraulic circuits including proportional hydraulics
6. Stock management of consumables
7. Galvanising goods out and goods returned
8. Stainless steel parts post fab cleaning and packing
9. Quality control on their own work pre inspection
The candidate will be expected to carry out other general engineering duties and assembly duties when required.
Essential Requirements
Basic engineering knowledge required
- Full driving licence
- Forklift experience
Renumeration depending upon experience
