Night Support Worker - available in the Howden & Goole area

£11.95 per hour weekdays / *£12.95 per hour weekends

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Support Worker to join our team at The Wilf Ward Family Trust. You will be based in one of our amazing services, located in the Howden and Goole area. As a Support Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals with various needs, helping them to live as independently as possible.

Our work environments in the Howden and Goole area are small and friendly, our staff teams support each other well. We will provide you with excellent training and the opportunity to progress within the organisation. This is not your average job; you will work hard however you will go home with the feeling that you have made a difference.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with meal preparation and medication management
  • Monitor and report any changes in physical or mental health to appropriate staff members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
  • Provide personal care to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

Requirements:

  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to undergo relevant training and development
