We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for our clients' job requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.- Manage the recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements for the role of Recruitment Consultant are as follows:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a successful track record of placing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding targets.
