JOB VACANCY
We have a PERMANENT opening for a friendly, enthusiastic person to join our team here at Liphook Art & Framing .
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in working in our very popular framing shop and who has natural care and attention to detail!
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Assisting customers when placing orders physically within the shop.
*Answering phone calls professionaly and assisting requests.
* keeping track of emails, replying to emails and queries.
* Sorting and organising/prepping customers orders once they have been placed and arranging the work for the next step of Framing.
*Liaising with our suppliers to order materials needed and receiving and unpacking once arrived.
Candidate must have:
* GREAT customer service skills with fabulous manners and professionalism.
* The ability to work great under pressure, we have hundreds of orders in at one time with high demand from customers.
*Must be able to be flexible to cover holidays/ sickness and help with over time during very busy periods (Seasonal)
*Be willing to put the time, effort and patience into learning the ropes and your new role - there is a lot to know but as with everything it takes time and practice!
* Be super friendly with a great sense of humour!

Wednesday 9:30 - 13:00
Friday 9:30 - 16:00
Saturday 9.30 - 14:00
National living hourly wage dependant on age & experience ranging from £7.49 - £10.42ph
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
