London Pilates Academy started out as an idea and ambition to improve pilates education that has now grown into a busy education facility in Parsons Green. This May, the studio expanded again, taking on a new unit that will enable LPA to run concurrent courses and assessments. This role will support the business by answering customer queries online and over the phone, booking students into courses, fielding student questions, updating social media channels, and delivering a consistent student experience and high-levels of customer service and professionalism.
This job can be performed entirely remotely, however applicants in the London area would be welcome to join the team in person at our studio in Parsons Green. Hours should be primarily performed during the Monday-Friday work week, however there is significant flexibility available.
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated addition to the team who has great attention to detail and communication skills. In particular, this role will be responsible for:
- answering questions submitted via email or on the website chat function

- answering phone calls
- updating social media channels (mainly instagram) with upcoming dates and photos of ongoing courses, as well as responding to social media questions and comments
- booking students into courses and facilitating student questions
- following up with customers who requested more information
To perform this job, applicants should have great communication skills, proficiency on google suite, and excellent knowledge of social media. It would also be helpful if you were interested in pilates.
