Our Syrian cuisine restaurant is seeking a full-time waiter/waitress with at least one year of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our customers
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and taking their orders
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions customers may have
- Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Preparing and setting tables for service
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Handling customer complaints or issues professionally and effectively
- Processing payments and using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upselling menu items and promoting restaurant specials

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
- Knowledge of Levantine cuisine is a plus
