Admin/ Receptionist


 
To provide a high quality administrative and reception service for patients and other visitors who access Enfield and Haringey Substance Misuse Services. The post holder will provide flexible Reception cover across a number of different sites, depending on service needs.

You will be required to use your initiative in all aspects of administrative work to efficiently prioritise work and meet deadlines, as the service requires.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will be part of the Admin Team, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors attending the services. You will also provide a range of Admin support services to our teams, such as ordering supplies, minuting meetings and booking appointments.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors, and dealing with telephone calls; data entry; taking and transcribing minutes at meetings as necessary; telephone liaison as necessary with external agencies; other administrative duties as required by the service.

The potholder will be required to work across our sites in Enfield and Haringey.
