Bar Staff
Klute is a 1971 American neo-noir psychological thriller film directed and produced by Alan J. Pakula. It is also the worst nightclub in Europe, situated in the centre of Durham - a right of passage for students of Durham University. We're currently looking for friendly, hard-working people to join our team and get knee deep in Klute!
Responsibilities
- Efficient and friendly bar service to student-based clientele
- Scanning tickets and taking payment for entry
- Clean up the venue after closing
- Stock inventory as needed
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the venue
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Communicate safety concerns to your manager or supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills
- Bar Experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn how to work with people of different backgrounds and abilities
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks during busy times
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 5 - 30 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
