We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join us as as Sommelier / WIne Lover and Bartender at our new venue Olive in Brixham! Wine Experience ands Knowledge is essential for this role. Be part of a forward thinking locally owned Hospitality & Retail Group, with opportunities to progress within the business.
This position is lunch and evening based - working 5 days per week, 40-48 hours per week, including Friday & Saturday nights. Our pay rates are dependent on experience and performance - salary or hourly pay will be discussed at interview stage and based on age and experience.
Your main duties will include -
- Knowledge of wines matching to taste, grape variety, regions and countries
- Serving Customers & Building Rapport
- Upholding a Premium Experience
- Stock Taking, General Ordering & Organising
