Wall Colmonoy are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative.
Job Purpose:
An integral member of the Customer Service Team tasked with providing excellent Customer Service.
CSR Responsibilities
· Process all customer enquiries and purchase orders in a timely manner.
· Take “ownership” of allocated customers – sales order processing, progress chasing quotations, handling in-bound enquiries, making outbound calls to customers, handling customer complaints.
· Develop strong interpersonal links with internal and external customers.
· Take responsibility for customer information in system, monitoring and updating to ensure accuracy.
· Work with supply chain and links to other departments - meet with production and logistics regarding customer order status.
· Achieve and ensure high levels of system and administration accuracy.
· Develop and build strong working relationships with external sales managers and with internal departments.
· Liaise with all other internal departments to ensure high level of service achieved and customer expectations met.
· Contribute to development of department by challenging current practices and identifying areas of improvement.
· Deputise for Customer Service Supervisor as required as Operations meetings.
· Promote Health & Safety in department.
Experience/Attributes
· Proven track record of customer service or internal sales role preferable
· High level focus on meeting/exceeding customer expectations
· Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Willingness/ ability to learn.
· Foreign language skills desirable but not essential
· A person that thrives on challenges
· Process driven and great attention to detail.
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Able to prioritise and execute tasks.
· Effective at working independently and working as part of a team.
· Ability to analyse and interpret data.
· Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Hours of work: 38 hours per week
08.00 - 16.30 Monday to Thursday
08.00 - 14.30 Friday
30 minutes unpaid lunch daily
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
